Firestone Complete Auto Care

I made a morning appointment for 4 new tires and a wheel alignment, it was quick. Everyone was super friendly and helpful when answering my questions. They inspected other areas of the car not just the tires and filled up my windshield wiper fluid… I appreciated receiving the detailed report of my car via email. I will most likely go back to have a tune up and oil change done soon.

A five star service center! This tire shop is as good as it gets and the local community is very lucky to have access to them as well as the passer by in need of service. In my situation they were true blessing. 550 miles from home I came to them in a time of need and they were there to help get me rolling again with prompt professional services at a competitive price point. And on a smoking hot Sunday! I appreciate the good old fashioned customer service. Wesley was a total professional and very tolerant of my messy situation. Devon The employee who provided the service was very knowledgeable and had so much patience as my rig was on the complicated side. Another employee even came to say hi to our little dog which wa very kind of her. It’s was a very positive experience and 100% due to the folks working on a very hot Sunday afternoon. Good people and good service needs to be recognized and appreciated in today’s “not the best”society. This team is rock solid and are excellent representatives of the brand!

I had a broken valve stem this evening and I pulled in close to closing time. Timber and Devin promptly got me taken care of and out of a bind with a smile on their faces. That kind of service is greatly appreciated.

My Daughter needed new tires I have traded with Firestone for the past twenty years. I called spoke to Matt he gave us a great deal on tires. Wesley was able to get her fit in this morning, the techs looked her vehicle over found that her tire wear was from her car being out of alignment on two of the tires. They installed four new tires and she got what I have lifetime alignment. I want to thank Matt and Wesley for taking such good care of her today!!

Great service! Came in for my 30,000 mile inspection because I did not want to go to the dealership. They did a fantastic job. Customer service was top-notch. Would highly recommend.
